This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations of services provided by Zimravenchon.

Return Period

Due to the nature of our services, which involve photo session organization and decor rental, returns are subject to specific conditions outlined below. For physical items such as decor pieces, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • All accessories and documentation that came with the items must be included
  • Returns must be requested within the specified return period

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing components may be subject to restocking fees or may not be eligible for return.

Cost of Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

  • Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return
  • Wait for our confirmation and return authorization
  • Package the items securely in their original packaging
  • Ship the items to the address we provide
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items that were made specifically for your order
  • Services that have already been performed, such as completed photo sessions
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items returned after the return period has expired
  • Items without proof of purchase

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand). Under New Zealand consumer law, you have certain rights that cannot be excluded, including:

  • The right to goods that are of acceptable quality
  • The right to goods that match their description
  • The right to services that are provided with reasonable care and skill

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand law.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order or service booking under the following conditions:

  • Before Service Commencement: If you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled service date, you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees specified in your service agreement.
  • 7-14 Days Before Service: Cancellations made 7-14 days before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.
  • Less Than 7 Days Before Service: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total service cost, as we may not be able to fill the booking slot.

To cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided below. Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email.

Refund Procedure

Once your return is approved and we have received the returned items, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. This typically takes 5-10 business days after we process the refund.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. For other payment methods, we will refund using the same method or an alternative method agreed upon with you.

In cases where a partial refund is applicable (for example, due to restocking fees or damaged items), we will notify you of the amount before processing the refund.
